We’ve been offering clients FREE initial support by phone for 15 mins since we started in business as a way to demonstrate our HR Skills and experience.  Many people problems can be solved in a short call with us and there isn’t and never will be a charge for these “one off” calls. Access to all our weekly 1 hour virtual workshops that will run very week until the end of August. Topics include employee engagement and motivation, managing of remote teams, managing performance, managing absence, managing discipline, creating your employer brand, recruitment and selection and employment law.

SUPPORT Option 3

If you want to know how to budget your HR and people advice and support over the coming months, then for just £249 per month for a 6 month commitment or £199 per month for a 12 month commitment, you will have up to 2 hours support by telephone and email per month and access to all of our standardised policies, procedures, letters and legal documents to help you cope with whatever employee issues you may have! If you know that you need to downsize or restructure your business, this is likely to include you making roles redundant. We can advise you through this process, ensuring you operate a fair selection and redundancy process, provide you with a step by step project plan, scripts for meetings with employees, all the required letters and relevant documentation to ensure you are legally compliant. We will also provide you with up to 1 hour of coaching support to help you manage the process, all for a fixed price of £1995.
