Did you know that you have to issue a contract of employment on or before someone’s first day of work? The fine for not doing so is up to 4 weeks wages, plus of course the hassle, time and cost of defending the claim at an Employment Tribunal!

A contract of employment is a legally required document that protects you as the employer and your business, and there are many different types to choose from, depending on how they will be working for you and how often they will be working for you, so you need to make sure that you issue the right contract of employment for your employee.

A Staff Handbook is an important document as it lets your employees know that this is the way you do things. It’s tailored to your specific requirements and to suit the tone, culture and language of your business. An up to date Employee Handbook will ensure that you meet employment legislation and ACAS best practice guidelines.

Review of your Employee Handbook for just £99*

*If a new handbook is recommended, the £99 review fee is deducted from the £500.

We will review your Employee Handbook and provide you with an overview of what’s legally compliant and what policies are missing. We can then provide you with any missing policies or provide you with a brand new, shiny Employee Handbook.

Individual Policies and Procedures

Any individual Policy will cost just £50 

e.g. Flexible Working Policy, Menopause Policy or a Working with Cancer Policy.

All our policies are written in a simple and easy to understand way rather than a stuffy, old fashioned policy!  

HR Mini Health Check

Our HR Mini Health Check is just £499.

Ideal for smaller businesses, covering everything you need to have in place legally as an employer.

We will review all your employee paperwork and documents and provide you with a report which details any failing to meet employment legislation.

Wherever possible we will fix these areas for you on the day, providing you with any template documents you require such as a standard contract of employment or a standard employee handbook, at no extra cost.
