Now is the time to make sure your HR policies and procedures are up to scratch and legally compliant (did you know there is a raft of new employment legislation that came into force on the 6th April?) We will undertake our HR Health Check for your business remotely. We review all your employee documentation, so everything from your recruitment documentation, including interview questions and notes if you have them, to offer letters, contracts of employment, induction, payroll and holiday pay, appraisals, performance reviews, leaver acknowledgement, exit interviews, employee policies and procedures and data protection.

Once we have reviewed everything you’ve sent us, we will provide you with a detailed traffic light report on your documentation. The report will identify in RED where you are not meeting employment legislation and we will either fix this for you or tell you how we can fix it. Areas highlighted in AMBER are areas you could improve upon. We will offer suggestions to help you improve in these areas to ensure you are able to attract, develop and retain the best people for your business. Areas in GREEN are the areas we think you are doing brilliantly!
