FAQs

You definitely need a contract of employment and a disciplinary and grievance policy in place.  Having other procedures in place can help you plan for the arrival and onboarding of your new team member.

It’s your business so you can decide what’s right for you.  We find a fixed fee for the initial documents and processes is just fine at the start of your journey.  You may find that as your team grows a retainer is more cost effective than pay as you go.

We will review an existing handbook for £99, and if you need a completely new one we will deduct that from the cost of providing you with a brand new compliant one. The full fee is £500.

Keeping up to date with the regular changes to HR polices and best practice can be overwhelming and sometimes they can be overlooked for other more urgent matters in the business.  Then you hit a bump in the road with one of your team and it all becomes a priority.  Our HR Health Check will give you complete peace of mind that everything is up to date and ready to support you and your team.  We charge £1200 for our Comprehensive HR Health Check and £499 for our Mini Health Check.
