We are looking forward to running this Zoominar for business owners/people managers which will finish with an opportunity to chat and ask questions on this topic.
These workshops are only an hour and are therefore just a “taster” of what our paid workshops cover, as we can’t go into as much detail or make them as interactive as our paid for workshops. What they will do, is give you an overview of a topic and some great ideas to help you go away and do some work of your own on this subject.

About this workshop
It doesn’t look like we are going back to the office or back to business as usual anytime soon. Its therefore important that you have your home working practices and policies clearly defined, agree what is/isn’t acceptable in terms of people working from home and also start to think about and discuss with your teams what going back to the office may look like!
So in this workshop we will;
- Share with you our experiences of working remotely, and what has and hasn’t worked
- The importance of employee involvement when considering your future working practices
- Share our ideas of what the new ways of working will be when we are allowed to return to the office
- The importance of having your new working practices and policies defined
