Who will be running this session?

Emma Browning MA MOIC, FCIPD, will be hosting the session.

Emma had a successful 14 year career within the recruitment industry in sales and operations roles, managing the largest Account for Adecco which was to staff 13 of BT’s call centres around the UK and in Northern Ireland.  Emma left Adecco to start her HR career at Oxford Instruments. In the last 21 years during her HR career, Emma has worked for SME’s and blue chip brands such as Porsche Cars and Harley-Davidson. Emma has often been brought in to improve the reputation of HR in the business, and has experience of growing and developing successful HR teams as well as demonstrating credibility and building strong relationships with leadership teams, Boards of Directors and investors of the organisations that she has worked for and with.
