Your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) helps to provide a similarly consistent point of reference for everything you say and do. When it comes to promoting a positive brand reputation and experience, EVP and Employer Branding works side by side. An EVP if implemented well can make all the difference between people as a strength and people as a liability. It is important for the EVP to be constantly and openly communicated through various channels to be able to create the right people advantage in today’s competitive times.
